Price was reasonable and the facility is fantastic. Having a unit in the main building was great. Allowed to drive in a large vehicle and close the door to avoid the elements while loading and unloading. The staff was always helpful and friendly. I hope I never need a storage unit again but if I do I will go back.

We used a unit for a short amount of time, to store our piano. The staff was very accommodating and kind through the whole process, even though we had to change units upon arrival. The unit we had was indoor, climate-controlled, and very well maintained. We'd highly recommend renting from StorTropolis!

Our contact Caden Willits was extremely helpful and accommodating . Even though it was almost closing time he reassured us he was not in a hurry. Additionally the storage areas are extremely clean and we really appreciate the pallet or hand trucks they provide to make loading unloading and transporting so much easier.

I went in to add an additional unit to the one I was already renting. I was given quick fast service and was able to walk out the door in just 5 minutes. What I love best is that the other day they called me and said on their inspection round they noticed my unit was not locked properly and was vulnerable to theft and that I should come by and secure it. That kind of attention to detail is why I like using them

The staff at StorTropolis were friendly and great to work with. I came in yesterday and was showed the unit I inquired about renting a few weeks ago. It's a great location right off the elevator--very easy to find. The Climate Controlled Facility Loading Bay was great--easy access and wide enough. Everything was explained in great detail. The process was quick and easy. The facility was clean.
