When I came in person, the person there was super knowledgeable and helpful. I did not get their name but they said they usually work at the Lenexa location. Initial unit I reserved was too small for me and they were able to quickly find a unit that fit all my stuff without having me or the movers wait at all. Paperwork went so smoothly, they were very knowledgeable in the system. Facilities are very clean.

This is the cleanest, best storage unit I have ever seen. Pam does an excellent job keeping the place spotless and well-organized. Pam is also very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I always look forward to seeing her when I stop by! Everything looks and smells great, (even the stairways!) and I would never consider renting from anyone else.

The manager Pamela White is incredible. She is friendly and efficient. The facility is by far one of the most clean and well kept storage business in Kansas City, KS. Pam Little is the face of Shawnee, KS Stortropolis, and boy, you couldn't ask for better! She was welcoming, persona Le knowledgeable, and helpful. I went in to the front office to only get information, and came out a 10'x20' storage unit renter. During the facility your, Pam greeted every renter like family.The common areas of the facility were spotless. I had no doubt that my possessions would be safe there. I was sold before I even saw my specific unit, which was spotless as well.As I was moving my items into Storetropolis, and OUT of a run down, well known storage facility, just a mile down the road, I was shaken by the difference between the two units. I should have moved into Stortropolis the moment they opened their doors. I could have saved some of my precious items from damage. Now, I know better.Stortropolis is my new 2nd home for my possessions, when they are not with me in my home. Thank you Pam Little and Stortropolis!

I wasn't sure where I was going to store my belongings but after visiting Pam and Stortropolis I knew for sure that I had found the place. The location isn't bad as it's not far from the highway but the difference maker for me was Pam. Pam runs this storage facility like it's her home! The facility is clean enough to eat off the floor and if you are hungry by chance Pam has homemade cookies and coffee available as well. Pam also will do whatever she can to help find you a lil discount for a month or two and is accessible 24/7 as she has returned my call on Sunday evening after hours to ensure that my unit was ready for me to move into. The ace is climate controlled and humidity regulated, the elevator is large enough to move whatever would fit in a unit, and you pull your vehicle inside to unload or load your belongings. The experience of moving and having to store your personal things is awful but Pam makes it just that much easier and pleasant of an experience.I highly recommend using Stortropolis if your in need of a storage unit and don't forget to try Pam's cookies!!!

Pam, the manager is fabulous! Pam returns all phone calls and immediately addresses your needs. Pam is kind, and thoughtful— she even keeps cold water and fresh baked cookies in the office for patrons! The facility is very clean and well taken care of.
