I have no complaints except for one, about Store Tropolis. And it's not a complaint really, more of a suggestion. When we first came to your company we were paying $156.00 I believe. When we decided to leave our bill was $195.00. I expressed to my husband that we could probably buy a storage shed for that amount of money per month. And now, in our backyard sits a beautiful barn type shed that matches our house, for about $10.00 more per month. And at the end of the day, we will own it. So I'm saying, keep your pricing low enough that customers are still getting a bargain. Ty, cb

The facility was nice, I had ample space...which I chose, and paid heftily for, as it included climate control to protect my belongings. My issue is the cost, while I DID choose the unit out of necessity, the cost is outrageous. And then the cost was RAISED substantially, with no notice. (Tho they did claim to have sent an email...you get obsucre advertisements, who can or wants to open them all...it certainly didnt come thru as the payment notices, to my primary folder.) And while I understand late fees must be given for those that are ridiculously late all the time, once they raised the rate so high, I was frequently late. The grace period? Like 5 days.5.So then the payment was raised by FIFTY FOUR dollars as a late fee after 5 days.Like man, I just want to store my stuff, not make a house payment!! (Not to mention the renters insurance you're required to carry ((Which I also understand, but it definitely adds up!))

I was shocked when I came in. The facility was super clean and had a welcoming environment. Becky was the one who helped me today. She was super friendly and informative. She gave me a tour of the place, showed me where my unit was and was very thorough in explaining things. The facility seemed very protected with security cameras and surveillance which helped put my mind at ease. I am looking forward to doing business with them and feel secure at keeping my belongings here. Thanks again Becky!

This facility is super clean, and safe, had plenty of carts to to haul your stuff and is well lit!!! This is a huge plus for me, and extra points that the manager Becky remembered my name when she seen me at my unit anytime, definitely makes you feel at home, Becky is always professional and you can tell she truly enjoys her job and tenants. So happy to have been referred to this place when I moved to blue springs. Would recommend 10/10!
