This facility is super clean, and safe, had plenty of carts to to haul your stuff and is well lit!!! This is a huge plus for me, and extra points that the manager Becky remembered my name when she seen me at my unit anytime, definitely makes you feel at home, Becky is always professional and you can tell she truly enjoys her job and tenants. So happy to have been referred to this place when I moved to blue springs. Would recommend 10/10!

Rebecca has been great through the entire process. I’m actually moving from a storage unit elsewhere for the same price but getting a larger space, indoor temp controlled and better hours. Rebecca has made this move seamless for what is usually a very stressful process. Especially to the staff Beckie is fabulous and I can’t believe how she keeps that entire place so clean inside and out. Storage facilities have never looked better to us; honestly they were not our first choice of where we should secure important items. After our first locker was rented, the benefits of StorTropolis became so evident, we rented another today. From the ease of in and out drop off, to the friendly feel you get when you visit with Rebecca in the always-cheerful office, our concerns have been eliminated. Everything is clean, safe, and seems well built we rented an inside unit, upstairs. The units are spacious, though the hallways are a little tight for the carts. There seem to be only six carts, first come, first serve. I have two issues, one large but (hopefully) temporary, and one small but permanent. The first is that at the time of writing, the exit bay door from the climate controlled building is broken. Not a big deal if there's only one or two people in there, but there were five with another person who wanted in, while two wanted out. There was VERY nearly a car accident trying to maneuver everyone while in reverse, and it was highly unpleasant and dangerous. Please fix it ASAP! The second issue, which is not really an issue for me, but may be for other people, is that the walls of the interior units do not go to the ceiling. This is probably for ventilation, but it would be easy for someone to climb up and see what's inside a neighboring unit. I don't think they could climb in and get something, but if you're concerned about privacy, it could be an issue for you. Otherwise, it's a very nice storage facility.
